Keto Egg Waffles: A Delicious and Easy Low-Carb Breakfast


Is your waffle iron gathering dust on a keto diet? It's time to bring it back into action! Waffle iron eggs are a delicious and convenient meal that's perfect for keto. You only need one ingredient at a minimum - an egg (plus salt and pepper), but I like to add cheese on top too.




I filled my egg waffle with cucumber, bell pepper, mayonnaise, and turkey sausage. Get creative with your fillings and enjoy this simple yet satisfying keto meal!




How to Make Egg Waffles:


1. Heat up your waffle iron.

2. Crack an egg into a cup and whisk with a fork.

3. Season the egg with salt and pepper and whisk again.

4. Grease the waffle iron with butter and pour the egg onto the iron.

5. You can add cheese slices or grated cheese on top of the waffle. Close the lid of the waffle iron.

6. Cook for three minutes.

7. Enjoy as is or fill it with your favorite toppings.
