My Baking Adventure

The craving for the smell of freshly baked bread led me to the kitchen yesterday, and I decided to try a new recipe I had found on social media and in my archive of saved recipes. This time, I found the "Keto Dieters' Favorite Buns" recipe.

Our oven is old and in poor condition, and it uses a lot of energy, so I try to use the air fryer as much as possible for anything that requires an oven.

The preparation process turned out to be surprisingly easy (especially since I didn't even bother to read the recipe, which instructed to mix the dry ingredients together and then combine them with the other ingredients). So, I mixed all the ingredients together and poured them into the air fryer basket lined with baking paper, forming mounds. My breads didn't rise upwards into buns but instead grew wider. The end result wasn't buns, but rather flatbreads. Fortunately, the taste was heavenly, and the breads were thick enough to be easily sliced in half with a sharp knife.

Use baking paper at the bottom of the air fryer.
